Memorable Branding from Mortimer Design

Matt Mortimer of Mortimer Design (10 minute presentation 9th April 2010)

A composer brings together many different instruments and sounds to create a harmonious symphony! In many ways a graphic designer is similar to a composer, bringing together various visual elements such as images, text, graphics and colours to create harmonious communication.

In the same way that a great piece of music can be created by a talented composer – we believe that Mortimer Design has the talent to help create and develop outstanding brands for our clients.

We aim to give our clients a real return on their investment. Pretty pictures, nice design and great words are all irrelevant unless they’re helping business grow, develop and make more sales.

In addition to our core design services, we work with a carefully selected group of associates in complementary disciplines to complete the marketing package.

We can add value to our clients business by:

> Communicating the right message

> Developing a memorable brand

> Helping our clients stand out from the competition by creating the best image possible

Benefits of having memorable branding:

> Greater customer loyalty

> Increase sales

> More perceived value of products or services

People may say some of the following in conversation – listen out as they may be interested in talking to Mortimer Design.

> Embarrassing business cards!
> We are thinking of offering a new service or product
> We are looking at running a new marketing campaign
> We are going from Sole Trader to becoming a Limited Company
> We don’t think our logo or design says what we do
> Our marketing doesn’t attract new business
> We are not getting a great service from our current design company

Mortimer Design – great composers of successful brands
