BNI Tarporley member Rosie Sedgwick of My Gineration has recently won a second award, from Fine Foods Northwest.

This time it was for Gooseberry Liqueur – following in the footsteps of last year’s award winning Silky Raspberry Liqueur.

To quote Rosie ” We are now it is a multi-award-winning company, and therefore have even more “Ooooh!” than before!”

WORDS, How Good Do You Feel?

How does it feel when you think about feeling good and when you hold onto that feeling and keep thinking…and you’ll feel good all day long

ACTION, spend time thinking about feeling good.

Really think about it, see if you can describe clearly how you feel when you feel good, and really think about it deeply, maybe for as long as 3 or 4 minutes. Look forward to your day, get your self ready, and go for it.

RESULTS, if you keep getting up each day and doing what YOU HAVE ALWAYS DONE you will get WHAT YOU HAVE ALWAYS GOT.
