Chapter Substitutes List
The local BNI members listed below have indicated they would be happy to substitute when Tarporley members are unable to attend. It is advisable to plan well ahead when arranging substitutes and don’t forget to send your ‘One Minute’ to them.

My Gineration win Fine Foods Northwest Award – again!
BNI Tarporley member Rosie Sedgwick of My Gineration has recently won a second award, from Fine Foods Northwest.
This time it was for Gooseberry Liqueur – following in the footsteps of last year’s award winning Silky Raspberry Liqueur.
To quote Rosie ” We are now it is a multi-award-winning company, and therefore have even more “Ooooh!” than before!”
Take That 2 Charity Night – Ellesmere Port
On Friday 10th of September, the Hospice of the Good Shepherd are hosting a Take That 2 Charity night in Ellesmere Port.
BNI Tarporley are actively backing this event, both financially and through the efforts of a number of members.

HINTS AND TIPS FORM LISTENING TO CD’S AND READING BOOKS
- Wear your badge so visitors know who you are and can see where you are from.
- Listen to all members, subs and guests 60 seconds and keep notes to refer back to, you never know when you might be able to identify a lead or a referral.
- In your 60 seconds please give the right information and knowledge so we can support you.
- Never give up, say sorry if you get something wrong you will always get a second chance to make a good impression.
- Take other people’s business cards and make contact by email to let new contacts you are reliable.
- When attending a network meeting know what you want the outcome to be before you go, have a strategy!
- At networking meetings we are not here to sell we are here to meet people who are the tip of the iceberg.
- Aim to balance your work and home life, get some time for you.
- Be genuine in what you do, and others will want to work with you.
